Job Description:

As a Home Health Care Scheduler at Caretech, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient scheduling and coordination of home health care services. You will work closely with our team of caregivers and medical professionals to create schedules that meet the needs of our patients while optimizing resources.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and manage the schedules of home health care professionals, including nurses, caregivers, and therapists.

- Collaborate with patients and their families to determine scheduling preferences and specific care requirements.

- Schedule home visits, ensuring the availability and compatibility of caregivers and patients' needs.

- Utilize scheduling software and tools to optimize resource allocation and minimize scheduling conflicts.

- Monitor and adjust schedules in real-time to accommodate urgent requests and changes.

- Maintain accurate records of scheduled visits, cancellations, and rescheduling.

- Communicate effectively with caregivers, patients, and their families regarding scheduling details and changes.

- Collaborate with other departments, such as billing and logistics, to ensure smooth operations and timely care delivery.

- Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and issues promptly and efficiently.

- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to home health care scheduling.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in healthcare administration is a plus.

- Proven experience as a scheduler, preferably in a home health care or similar healthcare setting.

- Familiarity with scheduling software and tools.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8-5

$18-$20 Per Hour
